I thought this timer would be good for my 2 year old who was always asking when her Dad would be finished work. Her Dad works from home so it was not obvious to her when she was safe to go and pester him. This timer is perfect for helping her count down the last hour before her Dad finishes work.The timer is easy to set, the dial is very easy to turn and my daughter usually does it herself once she's been told what number to wind it to. It is also very lightweight and compact to carry to wherever she is playing. As a result of this it has survived plenty of knocks onto the floor!The alarm is loud and clear but the sound can also be switched off if required. The switches to change the alarm settings are hidden inside the battery cab, so no worry of them getting accidentally changed.It would be a nice feature if the dial could be locked once the timer has been set because there are times when my daughter messes around with it.Overall, a sturdy and well designed timer with a clear display that's easy for children to read. Excellent for helping kids to understand time, I think we will be making use of this for many years to come.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this timer to help my toddler with the concept of time, I.e. ‘mummy will be finished in 5 minutes’. I’ve read about visual timers as a good resource under these circumstances. I think my daughter is still a little young to use it as intended, but I can see how it will become very useful before too long.It’s a really nice design; I love the little rainbow for the countdown - my daughter likes it too. My initial perception was that it’s smaller than I expected, but actually it’s really portable, light and easy for my daughter to move around.It’s easy enough to use, though the instructions are sparse. You can have the alarm noise on or off. Next to this setting, there’s also an option for 3-60. It took a bit of practice to figure out what this setting means as it doesn’t say in the instructions. After a bit of trial and error I’ve determined that it indicates the duration of the beep in seconds, which in fairness is a handy feature.I wish it made a slightly louder tick when counting down. It’s barely audible in a noisy home. Without this it can be hard to tell if it’s actually counting down. Which is made all the more disconcerting, as the instructions state not to twist the dial counter-clockwise as it can damage it; of course my daughter tries to do this all the time, so I am in a constant state of questioning whether it’s still working; for now the answer seems to be yes, so clearly it’s not as fragile as the instructions suggest.Fortunately it seems hardy in other ways as well. It’s survived quite well so far with a decent bit of toddler bashing.Overall it’s a handy and well made little tool.

Bought for my autistic son to help him with transitioning from different activities. It has a good volume, not too loud. Perfect size to fit in any bag if needed to take while travelling. Pleased with the quality and how easy it is to use

I really wanted to love this, and in some ways I do. It's cute, easy to use and easy to read. Turn the dial and away it goes, counting down, until a piercing alarm shocks you out of whatever daze you've been in. You can change how long the alarm goes on for, or even turn it off - which seems to defeat the point of having a countdown timer. My dog runs away when it goes off, and my husband and I are sensitive to high-pitched beeps, so the 60 second alarm would be horrendous.

I've been wanting one of these for a while and once I purchased it I had no regretsIt's a great size and very easy to see and read and understand what it says.It looks super cute and the quality is great! It's sturdy, it's not wobbly or rattly at all and the fact that you can adjust the noise level for when it goes off is super helpful for families with little ones or some neuro spicy tendencies.Overall this is fabulous and cute and a great visual representation of time limits for children and adults.

Il design è molto carino e i miei bambini l’hanno adorato da subito.Una cosa utile è che si può scegliere se alla fine del tempo impostato, farlo suonare per 3 o 60 secondi. Perfetto, no? E se proprio non vogliamo sentirlo, si può anche silenziare!È semplicissimo da usare, anche per i più piccini. Le pile durano un sacco e si trovano ovunque.Se avete dei bambini e volete aiutarli a capire meglio il tempo e a scandire meglio le loro attività, questo timer fa proprio al caso vostro! Ve lo straconsiglio!PS per silenziare il timer basta ruotare di poco la manovella e farla tornare subito a zero (come vi mostro nel video)

Cumple su función, temporizador de 60 minutos, puedes ponerle volumen o quitárselo. El pitido que avisa de que ha terminado el tiempo no es molesto y la duración está bien. Además es muy bonito.

We needed to give the kids time to brush their teeth, We bought this to help the kids visualize the time it would take. It works well and the kids can tell exactly how long they need for that activity however the alarm sound it emits after the time is up, is super loud and annoying. I love it.
