This caviar is hands down delicious! We spread the caviar on crackers with crème fraiche and it was perfect. Caviar that tastes this good and this fresh at this price is very rare to say the least. In addition to the great taste, we love the fact that this caviar is all natural - no food dyes or preservatives are used and it is kosher certified. We are definitely buying some more jars for the holidays and trying out the recipes that Ballard Caviar has posted on their website. You have a new and loyal customer!
