Fits Over the O2 Sensor That Deep Socket Did Not
This review is for the $8 QODOLSI 1 PC Car Oxygen Sensor Disassembly Tool, 3/8 Driver 7/8"/22mm Front and Rear Oxygen Sensor Sleeve Socket, Special Wrench for Offset Oxygen Sensor Socket, Universal for Most Cars (Black)In order to replace the O2 sensor on my 1998 Ranger I originally ordered the EWK 22mm deep socket with the cut-out for sensor wires. This fit perfectly on my front sensor but did not fit over my 'wide-bodied' rear sensor (3rd pic). So I ordered this offset sensor socket from QODOLSI. It fits perfectly over the rear sensor on my Ranger.I have not attempted to loosen the 26-year old sensor yet - that will wait until I apply lots of Liquid Wrench (or equivalent). The offset socket feels well-built and I have no doubt it will work well at removing the sensor.
