This product represents the problem with Amazon. It's "Sponsored" and so gets to the top of the list of results, but they're offering two alarms together for way more than the price of 2 single alarms (exactly the same type) that you will find further down the results. Amazon no longer makes it easy to see all the options and get the best deal. In fact its become a haven for deceptive listings like this.
