I loved this book! I've read a few business start up books recently and this one is a keeper for me. I like the rule of one concept in all aspects of the business. I've been procrastinating for over a year on my idea and realise it's too complex and overwhelming which is why I haven't started the business yet! But as I was reading this the ideas of a new plan were flowing. Lots of practical advice and easy to read without all the business jargon. Highly recommend!
