Huge box.
The box for this thing was bigger than the one for the tablet! Very heavy. Easy to put together.

That Price
The stand itself is nice, but in typical Wacom fashion the price is wildly unjustified. It would still be expensive if it cost half as much. And no, there are no impressive features to justify that price. Hell, it even has several degrees of rotational wobble and locking/unlocking it is awkward as hell.

Heavy and big! Do not get this unless you're parking it like an antique dresser!
Do not get this stand. It's way too heavy. Stable, but at the cost of a huge footprint, and it doesn't go down to touch the table at all. Doesn't work well with two monitor setups unless you have a very deep table. Monitor arm is better.
