My family has used these products for a long time. They really last a long time.

I love my water bottle. It's sturdy and holds a lot. It's easy to drink from. If you leave it open and it falls over, it will spill, so don't do that. In the pandemic, be careful not to let the spout touch anything or it can be contaminated because there is not a cover for it. I bought this before the pandemic so didn't think of that. However, I now use it on my long walks or in the car by myself so that's not an issue. If you are going to a place with other people or it's going to get touched or packed without anything covering it, you might need to take something with a cover over the drinking spout instead.

Like many, I often use an empty plastic water bottle or jug to refill and from which to drink water. Of course, some concerns come with using these methods over the long term. Therefore, I scoured Amazon and narrowed down my selection to three products. Luckily for me, this is the first one I purchased, and I do not need to look any further.All the information on the product page is accurate, and I found numerous positive reviews to be true. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to drink more water from a safe, reliable, and reusable source for the price, quality, and peace of mind!

I received one as a gift a while ago and I was shocked by the insulation and how it can keep liquids cold/warm in the most outlandish temperatures! When my old one broke I knew I had to get the same brand again!

Bought this canteen for a ten-day trip to Yosemite with lots of day hikes. Loved the color, it's lightweight, and it did a good job of keeping water cool. The sport cap worked well for drinking. But, it is NOT leakproof. When the canteen is full and in your pack, it will drip water down your back when you bend forward to tie your shoes, etc. If you lay it down horizontally with the cap on, it risks leaking its contents. These things worsen at higher altitudes. I learned that when driving from 4000 to 8000ft, I should briefly open the canteen to relieve the pressure that pushes the water up. Also, the canteen got knocked down a granite boulder 4-5 feet and dented slightly. The dents aren't that noticeable, but the orange paint from those areas rubbed on my pack and left noticeable marks. I'd buy again, but with a different top.

I bought this Klean Kanteen to replace one I lost while traveling and I love it just as much as the original. The wider mouth makes them pretty easy to clean; I just put soapy water and a wash cloth into the bottle and swish it around. I know others have said that their caps leaked, but I've taken my bottle on an airplane and had no problems with leakage. You do have to be very careful that you've actually pushed the top down all the way, so maybe that's why some people have problems with them. My husband has one as well and we agree that we would buy again if we ever need to replace our current ones.

I needed to replace two water bottles, and the unpainted KK with extra loop cap fit the bill. I had a old plastic Contigo water bottle, that was great for one-handed drinking in the gym or on a hike. Unfortunately it broke in the back-country and I lost 24oz of water that I was planning on using. My wife had a insulated stainless steel bottle, but it had to be hand-washed and was never clean when she needed it. She left that one at the gym.I bought two of the KK classic SS bottles, unpainted, each with sport cap (for the gym) and loop cap for the trail, airport etc. So far so good, no spills, no breakages, and straight into the dishwasher when they're dirty!

It’s a minimalist bottle for sure especially with the increasing popularity of insulated bottles but it still works for me. Not a fan of the sippy cap though let’s face it most of us are not infants or endurance athletes with a Kleen Kanteen.
