Ok. PLEASE READ LABLE! An adult should only consume certain amounts of zinc a day. It’s BERY EASY to poison yourself. I took them a little less that 24 hours apart. Like 19hours. WOW! I learned my lesson. Please please research supplements before you consume them!

How does one really know if a zinc supplement is working? I don't know. I do know that this is easy to swallow, and that the bottle is easy to open (big help to me). And am never sick ... and haven't had a cold in so long that I cannot remember. Maybe I'm just healthy in general? But I am also OLD (78) ... and I feel really good. Sometimes we fly by the seat of our pants and never know what is really and truly working. What can I say?

I am a vegan/gluten-free health food store owner and came across these phenomenal zinc caps by chance. After going through my first bottle, I can say with full confidence that they work! Overall health in the wintertime improved and speaking as someone who has had liver issues in the past, I am a zinc enthusiast. That said, I've tried them all and Yuve is far and away the BEST ZINC SUPPLEMENT ON THE MARKET.

I had a snack pretty recently, so my stomach shouldn’t be empty. Advising caution to anyone petite taking this. They say the recommended amount for an adult is 40 mg and this is 50 mg. I’m 5’3” and a light weight, so perhaps cutting this in half will help. I’ll update this review once I finish the bottle.

I purchased Yuve Vegan Zinc primarily to help clear my complexion. I just recently turned 43 and am still having difficulty keeping my skin from breaking out. It's become really frustrating and the dermatologist gets to be kinda expensive. I read that zinc could be helpful in maintaining healthy skin, not to mention the immunity benefits. I figured I'd give it a try and after researching several brands, I settled on Yuve. Best decision I could have made! Not only is it a vegan vitamin, but it's gentle on even my sensitive stomach. I'll definitely continue to use Yuve and look forward to trying other of their products!

I love that the bottle is glass and dark. I love that you only have to take 1 because my old one required 2 pills each day. The pill is small and easy to swallow. I’ve been taking this a few weeks now and have had no issues. Would buy again!

I don’t consider myself someone with a sensitive stomach. However, this supplement did cause me to get nauseous and vomit. I did eat something prior to taking it so it was not on an empty stomach. I think this strength is to high for my body to accommodate. I will have to find a lower dose zinc supplement.

I ordered Iron and Zinc and I definitely can notice the changes I wanted, paleness is gone thanks to the first one!I mainly take Zinc because of hormonal issues, I can assure you that it has helped 🙂The best part?
