thick and good
i bought the 15lb single. it was thick which activated my forearms. once i was ready to progress i got a 30lb strength from another brand - and it was thin and wimpier than this 15lb version.

20lb twist bar is perfect
I got this 20lb resistance bar for wrist and arm therapy. It is as strong as the ones I have used in PT in the past. It flexes well and twists hard supplying more than ample resistance for wrist flexion. It does bend quite easily but that is expected as it doesn't supply enough resistance for that action. I am more than satisfied with this and the price is better than I have seen in my local sporting goods stores.
