*Be sure to check and ensure this Cooler will fit your Motherboard socket type. For me, this fit LGA 1150.Installation may be moderately difficult for Novices, as this requires removal of the Motherboard in order to attach the bracket required to mount the cooler to. Most already know this before ordering this product, but I felt I should mention that in the event a PC newbie comes along.Overall the Cooler functions exactly to the specifications of Cooler Master. I have been satisfied with my purchase, as there has been a noticeable difference in my CPU's temps.Cooler Master also included some thermal paste as well, meaning this can be installed the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

Ive used these for generations and they do the job well. However Im removing a star, this generation of these made these more of pain to install than previous generations (with the same model number I might add).Will it cool your CPU: YesWill it cool it well: YesIs it an easy install: SORTOF, you're going to be fiddling around a bit to get everything square and lined up. once lined up, its going to be difficult to keep lined up while you get the screws to connect. Loss of a star for that.Also the provided thermal paste is absolute garbage. Get literally any other thermal paste than this.

Great air cooler and fits two builds so far. Keeps temps cool enough under load that I dont worry about them.

Was confused at first but once I realized that this is an updated version with less parts it all made sense. Super easy to install. Make sure you find YouTube videos made within the last year or so because the old version installed differently. Was able to replace the terrible AIO that ibuypower uses which ended up breaking. Didn’t need the included bracket as my motherboard already lined up perfectly.The included thermal paste is junk though. I mean it’ll work but it doesn’t come out smoothly and made it more difficult than it should have been to apply. I would use a different brand if you have it. I might remove and replaceSo far so good. If anything stops working I’ll update.
