Game changer. LOVE this walker. No more hunching over. PLUS. THE SELLER WAS AMAZING. very responsive. I would highly recommend this walker and seller. I bought the walker a year ago and was having some minor issues. The seller got back to me immediately and resolved my issue.

With the lower roller-cart, I was still humped over and putting too much pressure on my arms, wrists, hands, neck, and shoulders trying to walk . Then the gentleman came in to heart rehab with this "stand up" walker, I asked the brand name and was "he" pleased with it. Definitely YES on both counts! I went on line to Amazon.com, found Elenker and purchased one immediately. Couldn't be more pleased. It's sturdy, heavy enough I feel safe pushing it even though I'm 80. I have a place to sit when I give out, a cup holder to keep my water handy, a large zipped heavy duty canvas bag, that can be detached easily for personal items, or to keep them secure. The strap on the heavy flexible seat (that you pull up on to easily fold the walker to transport), I slip my smart phone under it so it's readily accessible when I'm walking. The bag has amazing reflective tape around it so that you're visible at night when any kind of light hits it. There are holders for your cane or umbrella, so seems they have thought of most everything. The unit itself is adjustable so the arm rests and the hand breaks fit you. I couldn't give them 5 stars for "easy to fold" because honestly I haven't folded it, but my husband says it's fine. The Elenker service team has been great to work with and immediately responsive. I've had this Elenker walker for a couple months now and couldn't be more pleased. It appears to be so well made, I'm sure it will give me years of service. Thank you, Elenker!

This is the second one of these we've ordered. They're wonderful! We ordered this for a family member who did not previously use anything but a cane to help with stability. She loves this and is happy to be upright and not hunched over with a regular walker and is now the envy of all in her assisted living facility! All I can say is, everyone would benefit from this if they need a walker! We had no problems putting the unit together although we did have to do some thinking to figure some things out. Instructions are good but the photos with them are very small and hard to see. Also, the screws and other items were thrown in the box loose. We were very lucky that they were still all inside the box and none had been lost during shipping. We love the added bag however it does sometimes rub against the wheels and impede the wheel motion. We finally, with the strap tightened all the way, lifted the strap on top of the seat instead of below. It doesn't rub the wheels anymore but when seated, you're sitting on the bag strap. Perhaps someone will reply to this and let me know of correct bag installation as instructions for it were vague. We would highly recommend this walker!

This is a wonderful, beneficial walker that allows me to walk nearly pain free for long distances. I haven't been able to do that for years. My neck, back, knees, ankles. wrists and hands are so improved. I tried my old rollator just to see if I was imagining the improvement and immediately had pain all over. It is so great to walk upright without hanging your head, no pressure on my arthritic hands, no back pain and hardly any knee or ankle pain. This is the future of walkers. You can pay more but why...this is great and easy to adjust. I like the 10" front wheels because they go over small bumps without losing my balance. The only drawback is the crazy directions that tell you nothing. You have to rely on the picture on the box and you can get it together. They do not tell you about the tension nuts to hold the hand holds upright and I have yet to figure out how to put the cane holder on it. I can find no place and there are no instructions. So if you are handy, this is really a 5 star set up. It has done wonders for me. If you are a clutz or can't put something together without precise instructions, you might want to reconsider. Mind you it isn't hard to put together, you just need to figure it out yourself. Rolls steady, turns on a dime, I haven't felt any tipping sensations walking on uneven surfaces. I am going to put bicycle tires on it on the correct size as the tires slid a bit and I want rubber hitting the road but that is personal preference. I call this an excellent purchase to keep me independent. It was missing one of the hooks that the carry bag hooks on but cannot get any action from the company. I thought it might be a problem I have with my computer so I had a friend email them. He has not gotten a response either. This is a draw back I had not expected.

Truly a life saver as this device granted me safe mobility after spinal surgery and is now used by a family member who is a senior. Truly a helpful mobility aid.

This item went together easily, has lots of nice features and looks spiffy. BUT, bumping on the slightest crack in the pavement or edge of a carpet, never mind a threshold, causes it to fall forward. Strangely, there are no warnings or instructions that would have prepared us for this risk and this happened to my 89-year-old mom the very first time she took it out for a spin. Thank-goodness she only had a sore back and sore knees after the fall and nothing worse (at least so far, her back is still bothering her though so fingers-crossed it gets better soon). Please, if you need an upright walker, find one that has front wheels further forward or has some other safety feature to prevent the higher center of gravity from taking you or your loved one to the ground. The company was responsive but initially only offered to repay $30 and recommended she could use it only indoors. Since that isn't needed, or safe, they were reasonable enough to refund the full price.

I love my new walker. I have the standard rolater that I purchased several years ago, but due to severe stability issues with my knees I had fallen several times because the rolater is in front of you and you are pushing with your hands and arms away from the body. With the upright your arms and hands are comfortably resting closer to the body and unlikely to cause a fall by rolling away from you. Also your posture is better therefore no curvature of the spine that often comes with age and disability. I have received a lot of questions about the price and I am not ashamed to tell everyone it is affordable. I previously checked out several medical supply companies and had decided I would have to stick with a standard walker or wind up in a wheelchair because my Medicare would pay for them, I now tell everyone to check with Amazon first. Unfortunates they do not come assembled so ask a family member or friend that is good with directions and handy for help assembling! The cup/ phone holder are nice but hard to clamp to the frame, I don’t think they are made by the same company. My husband attached mine between the hand grips and the frame hangs down so it does not fit in your way.

I’ve been hunting for ages to find a forearm walker that really does fold and fit into my small hatchback and this is it. The photos shown on the Amazon post gave a true view of the details. Not only does it fit, it’s light enough for me to lift in. I already own a forearm walker but even when folded I still had to put part of my back seat down to get it in when folded. I’d even considered having to buy a bigger car to accommodate it. This one is brilliant and so easy to fold down! It’s light to push and so easy to adjust height with push buttons rather than undoing screw handles. I can’t speak highly enough of it and wish I’d found it sooner! I also can’t believe the price considering it was delivered from the USA, with the added bonus of it being delivered in 4 days! Well done to the designer and well done Amazon. 😀

I had been looking for a folding rollator for an age. I came across this one on Amazon. I read the reviews and thought this one will suit me. I ordered it knowing it would be shipped from the USA. It was delivered before the estimated delivery date. I have used it once very successfully, comfortable to use. Because of it’s height care is needed to avoid the front wheels from locking on uneven ground but if caution is used I find it a great help.
