Size Name:22L US Hurtta Outdoors Slush Combat Suit is remarkably light, allowing for more agile movement during exercise. The overall is made of high-performance outdoor fabric, which provides effective protection against water, mud and dirt. The purpose of the Slush is to protect the dog's fur and skin from the elements and muck, particularly advantageous for long-haired dogs during walks so that the dog does not need to be washed too often in wet weather. The fabric of the Slush Combat Suit is laminated with Hurtta's patented, breathable and yet waterproof Houndtex® lining, which ensures that any murky humidity stays outside the slush suit while being comfortable to wear, for the dog that is. This highly technical outdoor overall features many details that increase comfort and safety. Thanks to its adjustable waist band, collar and legs it is easy for the dog to run and play whilst wearing the suit. 3M reflector prints have been placed in highly visible areas to improve the dog’s visibility during walks in twilight and the dark. Wet Weather Coverage
I needed something to cover my pup's underneath, she's a mini dachshund low to the ground, in the winter she gets snowballs on her fur that make her uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy her walks, in the rain or melting snow, she gets very wet and dirty, this definitely helps to keep her dry, it's a little big but she's not restricted and she has not problems walking/running. Great quality!

Good quality material, but sizing is out and leg ties don’t work
The fit was generally correct, except the rear trouser legs were too long and the catch didn’t hold them up. Tried to contact seller but they responded very late, only after I had returned the item

And great for Oregon winters on the beach
Have a standard poodle who loves all kinds of weather and "being one with the beach." The beach does not smell as clean as the sand looks and his joyous bonding/rolling in the sand will never be corrected. The suit is easier to wash than the poodle. He loves his Hurtta Slush Combat Suit/Raincoat and attracts lots of attention for his fashion sense. Less than 5 stars because though the adjustable legs are important, the snaps are already pulling out and I will replace with hook tape.

Slush Combat is Awesome
This is the 2nd slush combat suit I've purchased. The first one was 4 years ago and has lasted great until this season.I have a full coated cocker spaniel who is a tracking dog. This coat has withstood miles of natural terrain, fields and weather conditions. Quality is excellent! I highly recommend this suit.

Great for rain, not so much for snow as no insulation
The coat itself is made of good qauilty, my only issue is the struggle it is to get your dog to put it on, it makes one person a bit of finicky time to correctly get this on, the front paws are the hardest part to get on if your dog has dew claws, only time water gets in is when the leash portal is open, jacket is bright enough cars move away from us at night and we can be seen very easily, I will be looking into hurtta coat with just flaps over legs not full pants style legs on next coat

Slightly permeable and will tear
I still love the suit but I had it on my dog in a very wet slushy rain/sleet situation one day and the water went right through the back. He stayed dyer than he would have but he was not dry. The back legs have a tendency to come off his feet, even if I button it at its tightest. I think that is how he tore one of the back legs, was when he magically slipped one rear leg. Still it does the best job of anything I have found for keeping him clean on wet nasty roads.

Looks great
My aussie looks great in this. It works best for an urban environment as I'm not sure how the material would hold up in thick brush. My dog is very popular and I can overhear so many positive comments as we walk by. I'd purchase this again in other colors, but it looks like Hurtta has discontinued this. I'd pick up a couple in your size before theyre all gone. My Tri colored aussie looks great in the orange camo.

Great to keep dogs clean
I got this to keep my Poodle mix clean because his curly hair gets filled with mud dirt and plant material when he plays outside. It works great. It could fit him a little better but that’s my fault for ordering a size off.

Poor Deal
Sooooooooo, I gets my dog a combat suit & the zipper is defective. Cannot get it the zipper to close. In order to return it, I have to pay to ship it back & also pay a 15% re-stocking charge. Best be careful, you might buy the one that is "re-stocked" & the beat goes on...........

My dog is WET!
This is a disappointing product from Hurtta. My previous raincoat from them is absolutely waterproof, this one is absolutely NOT. Feel like I wasted my money. Can probably use it for a Halloween costume or something (as long as it isn't raining).
