I had a clogged ear that I always assumed was due to water trapped inside. Over time, I’d used Q-tips regularly, not realizing I was actually compacting the wax deeper. I finally purchased this ear cleaning kit, set up the app on my phone, and used the included tools to gently remove the impaction. It was incredibly satisfying to not only relieve the blockage but also to see inside my ear in real time! Highly recommend for anyone dealing with similar issues.

I dont usually make reviews, but I saw a lot of people were struggling with connecting the tool with their wifi, and I managed to figure it out. The first time i tried the product it worked fine, but the second time it would just keep disconnecting a few seconds after, and it wouldn't work unless i held the button down the entire time. SOLUTION: Instead of holding down the button while connecting to the wifi, I clicked and held the button only for a couple seconds until i see the blue light come up on the power button. As soon as i see the blue light i let go and then proceeded to connect to the wifi. After that it stays connected the whole time! hopefully I can help other people because there were so many people who returned their product etc. and I was honestly about to do the same until i figured it out.

Terrifying experience. You will see things you wish you could unsee. I'm fairly certain I saw the hand of a demon clawing its way through a pile of cow bones, definitely found some items I had been missing since grade school, but lost the will to live when I saw mushroom growth and a colony of nesting spiders. If you like horror movies, this product is for you.

I was only able to use this one time. It would not connect again. I’ve did all the troubleshooting and it still won’t connect. I rarely write reviews but I’m disappointed for being stuck with something that doesn’t even work. Don’t waste your money!

This device was so easy to use I was stunned. I am not tech savvy but I really wanted to see if I could find the cause of my issue with hearing loss. The ap for the device was free and very user friendly. The quality of the camera was more than expected for this price point. Would highly recommend this product! I have used it multiple times now and as long as you take your time it's so easy to manurver the device for easy cleaning once you get a feel for the camera/hand coordination.

Great price point and delivers clear footage. The attachment is soft and comfortable on the inner ear. It took a bit of time to get used to handling the device and watching the screen at the same time. Setup through Wi-Fi was a minor hassle, but not a deal breaker. Overall, it’s an effective and reliable product.

Definitely a good device, only issue is that the rubber tips break easily
