Living Proof Clarifying Detox Shampoo

Would highly recommend! After my most recent cut, my stylist mentioned she noticed a lot more product buildup in my hair. I purchased this after reading a few of the reviews and it absolutely helped within the first couple of washes. I use once a week, in place of my first shampoo, and the difference is absolutely noticeable. My hair is softer and can go a few days without a wash without looking greasy or slick. It smells like all Living Proof products, which is fresh and it lathers pretty well for a detox shampoo. Buildup can be handled in a salon for around $50+ so the price of this and being about to do it at home is more than fair!

Worth it, esp since it's not meant to be used daily. Immediate visible difference in my hair - less frizz, more shine, softer. I don't use products often but I live in a very hard water area. Didn't realize how hard water build up on my hair was a real thing until I used this. Magical.

I have hard water and started noticing an oily sheen on my hair, even right after washing. I’ve tried other clarifying shampoos which worked for a while, but the weird sheen would return if I used regular shampoo even once. This one is perfect because I only have to use it once a week, and I can use regular shampoo in between. It’s definitely worth the price

I like this product because it does what it says on the bottle which is effective, however if you have color treated hair it does make your hair feel really dry. Smells good, good size, and cleans your hair thoroughly, doesn't feel soft after washing.

Definitely helps with a greasy scalp and restores shine and texture back. Love the fragrance also!

I was hesitant to make the move purchase because of the price. However, once I started using it I realized very little is needed to work up a full lather. This will leave the hair squeaky clean which is exactly what I wanted. I will repurchase.

I have very fine, long, curly hair and live where we have extremely hard water and I had lots of buildup, breakage, dryness, and hair loss so I needed a clarifying shampoo but was afraid it would be 'too much' but this was actually wonderful! I am so pleased. It did a fantastic job of getting all the hardwater buildup off without being too harsh though I agree with other reviews that optimally after using this it is best to use a hair mask to restore some moisture and close the hair cuticle. It is definitely a keeper and I am very happy to have found this product.

We have hard water in France and this shampoo is the best! It doesn’t damage my color, the scent is lovely and doesn’t linger, and it really does its job. My only complaint is the price point but it is worth it.

Very good shampoo. Hair feels smooth and squeaky clean. Smells nice but consistency is quite thick and have to squeeze to get it out. Very happy with the results.
