Great Customer Service
I was very happy when I received the mug. It was just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, after three days of use, the plastic tabs that hold the sliding part of the lid broke off and now the sliding part no longer stays on the lid. Would be nice if the seller would send me a replacement lid.Update: Seller was kind enough to send me a new lid. Great customer service!!!

The perfect dad gift.
I bought this for my dad for Christmas and he LOVES it. His coffee (drink of choice) and it stay warm for hours. The cup itself is sturdy and has survived many rough ranch / hunting trips. No leaks. Will be buying more products from this shop in the future.
