The cart once built is great and solid! But, the instructionsneed work. No numbers on any of the pieces or hardware, the instruction book has pictures that are so small that even me who has 20/20 visions wants to zoom in! It also doesn't tell you how many of the screws you need for each step. The numbers to the pieces are in the book with pictures, these pictures are awful! So be prepared for a bit of frustration. I must say though that they give you actual proper tools to build it. I got a real screwdriver and spanner/wrench! The intructions are the only reason it is not a 5 star.

It works great for our small hotel. One of the tabs that holds the garbage bags arrived broken and I don’t see an easy way to fix it. My husband had already spent hours putting it together so I wasn’t going to ask for a replacement. We’re just dealing with it.

Unfortunately being plastic it didn’t do as well with the shipping from Amazon. It had several pieces cracked and broken off. Concerned about durability.
