Works well for itchy ear
I suffers from a recurrent itchy ear. I suspect this is due to water trapped int the ear canal and leading to some mild infection. I previously used over the counter products which were a total waste of money.I halve had prescriptions with antibiotics, from my GP, on several occasions, but the problem soon comes back. Going regularly to get another prescription is a bit of a pain considering how hard it is to get an appointment.I bought this product as it had good reviews. I was rather sceptical but i have been pleasantly surprised. By the time I received the product my ear was so itchy it was driving me mad. I sprayed two or 3 times the first day, and then when I remember after that. Very quickly my ear stopped being itchy at all.I use it now after washing my hair, and so far no symptoms anymore. So I definitely recommend this product if, like me, your ear canal is very itchy. It seems to work.

skeptical about its usage
I believe this product is for people with healthy ears. My story is different as I had an infection in one ear (swimmer's ear = otitis externa) and did not know about it. During that time, I have used this product one week every day, 3 times a day. It did indeed reduce significantly pain although I had lost hearing as the infection progressed. Then I stopped using this product and went to a walk-in clinic and the doctor prescribed antibiotics.I have mixed feelings about the product. I have shown this product to an audiologist who was very skeptical about its usage. From my side, it is unclear to me to whom this product is really intended for and what problems it solves. (From the product description it's advertized as a safe cotton buds replacement.)Will I buy it again? No.

Works well.
I have used Earex pain relief spray in the past but I haven't been able to find it recently. This has the same ingredients and it certainly works for me. I find that it takes around half an hour to an hour to be effective but the relief is always very welcome. As someone who is suffering with ear irritations and pain as I get older, I wouldn't be without this now.

It works for blocked ears
I had the flu years ago and it left my ears blocked. I had some medicines from the surgery but it's not worked completely. My ears were deaf and blocked whenever it was cold.I put a spray of this in my ear canal and I lay on my side for some time to let it work. After about a month I don't feel deafness when it's cold any more. Nothing worked before - not ibuprofen, saunas, infrared lamp. Nothing.

great ear spray to relief pain
just got this yesterday and used it twice what a different it make to relief the pain in my ears, I am porn to infection to my ears , so this ear spray is great.

Made Things Worse
Had immense pain and itching in both my ears. Thought the reviews on here made it sound like this would help. It is very easy to use so there is some positive but then once it went in my ear and I wipe the excess I put in some tissues lightly to ensure it didn't come out. I'd wake up the next morning with both ears COMPLETELY blocked. It would then take 2-3 hours for the ears to open so I could hear properly again. Hasn't really helped at all, don't feel like the wax if there is any has come out and generally doesn't seem to have done much at all.Would not recommend.
