very easy to install, good colour light and works very well in kitchen. Only downside is that it failed after a couple of months but Amazon provided full refund and I purchased another one.

I purchased the Naroume 4ft Metal Ceiling Lamp a few months ago, and I was absolutely thrilled with it. It provided bright, even illumination for my kitchen, and the modern design was a perfect fit. Unfortunately, after a few months, the light stopped working. I contacted Amazon, and then the seller directly, and I was incredibly impressed with their responsiveness. They immediately offered to send a replacement lamp, no questions asked! The customer service was truly exceptional. While I was initially disappointed that the first lamp stopped working, the seller's prompt and courteous resolution has completely turned my experience around. I'm looking forward to receiving the replacement and enjoying the beautiful light once again. I highly recommend both the Naroume 4ft Metal Ceiling Lamp for its quality and the seller for their outstanding customer service.

Really lovely light, bright, good looking, but unfortunately did its fatal flicker a year and a week after purchase Expected more, very expensive year of light .

It looked great and provided sufficient light for my dining room. Unfortunately, it stopped working in less than a year. The good news is that the supplier did respond and has sent a replacement. Appreciate the customer service, though I wish the product had lasted longer.

I bought two fittings one for the hallway the other for the top of the stairs I was pleasantly surprised when I turned the lights on the two areas under the fittings has never been so bright They are also good looking light fittings on the eye even when they are not switched on

Can I return this light I bought it in September all of a sudden it’s stopped working I can’t find it on my orders I’ve got the order number but don’t know what to do it’s not like it was cheep only to last 4 months

Amazing I’m really pleased. We had an old light fitting with directional spot lights that never really gave the light needed as you were always in the shadow of the spot lights but this has rocked my world. The remote control is easy to use and dims to your desired level. Will be recommending to all my friends and family.

Absolute Frechheit, dass die Lampe gerade mal 8Monate hält und mit nem Knall, ohne Vorwarnung, den Geist aufgegeben hat.
