So shiny
I shallow fried chicken in it right after I received It heats evenly, no hotspots and is surprisingly light. Definitely gonna be used more than my cast iron. Oven safe and inexpensive too, a good choice for my kitchen

NOT non-stick, but still great quality.
Received my pan next day via Prime with no issues.First thing I did to test the non-stick claim of the pan was use it to make one of the stickiest dishes you can make - cheesy potato soup - on high heat. The food turned out fine and it was not burnt at all, however even with very frequent stirring there was significant stickage that required scrubbing to remove. To be fair this is a hard test and there is redemption in that it wasn’t THAT difficult to scrub off - because this is good quality steel. So I only removed 1 Star for that. The pan accepts heat fast for a boil and loses it quickly as well when it’s time to cool down which is what you want in stainless steel cookware. There was no foul smell or evidence of any chemical film of any kind during its first exposure to heat on the stove like you can get with some cookware (it was washed with soap and water before hand). The next thing I made with it was 6 over-easy eggs in coconut oil - zero issues and ideal for cooking up some quick eggs. Washed easily afterwards.Over all if you prefer stainless steel cookware this is a great pan for the money you spend. At less than $15 each it allows you to get a few of them or a larger version. I would buy this pan again and will.I’ll update this review if anything comes up with further use.

Great for cooking T-bone steaks!!!
I bought this item to reduce the amount of junk that ends up in my body i.e. residue from non stick coating leaching into my food. It's great for that. Absolutely no chance of something bad coming off this pan. It is however hard to get food to slide right out of the pan. Cooking in butter doesn't seem help. I haven't tried other oils though. You won't get a perfect omelet out of this pan unless you can figure out which oil to use to keep the eggs from sticking. It does however give ample room to fit an entire T-bone steak and for me that is worth having this pan for.

Great First Pan for Neophyte Cook
Bought this pan for future son-in-law living in our home who enjoys cooking. Wanted a sturdy and reasonably priced pan for him in which he could safely cook his favorites and would hold up to regular accidental food burning and some normal abuse. I don't believe in non-stick pans. This pan has turned out to be perfect for his onions, eggs, and quesadillas! Yes, there is burnt on food after he finishes cooking but the cleanup is relatively easy and not that bad. Highly recommend for the new cook who wants to boldly experiment and have fun cooking and not worry about ruining a pan.

Exactly as described.
Its a solid, heavy pan. Stainless steel as described. It is not stick free, the food will stick depending on lubrication and heat level. Im fine with that as most of my food I cook with bacon fat or is fatty already. Clean up is easy, simply after cooking put some water on it and use the spatula to remove the stuck food. I like the fact that I no longer have to use a plastic spatula since I replaced my nonstick with this one. The metal utensils are so much better. Overall its a good pan at a great value. I love the fact that I dont have to worry about high heat! I cook my eggs sun side with crispy sides its fantastic. You also dont have to worry about acidic food discoloration or flavor shifts. Buy with confidence.

Not that great
Iam not really surprised but i was hopeful that the pan would be better than the bad reviews i read. Yet i should've just spent the money on a better pan. This one after first cook n clean has whote tarnish looking marks that with each use and clean seem to get worse, even with using grape seed oil n pre seasoning the pan. Just buyer beware.

LOVE THIS PAN
LOVE THIS PAN. It’s a power horse and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I purchased it to tied me over during Covid while in temporary quarters. I have a lot of expensive pans in storage and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I never heard of Ayesha Curry Home Collection but saw that the reviews were good so I go it. I bought this in March and have used it daily and it never fails. It cooks everything beautifully, cleans well, is easy to handle and extremely sturdy/substantial. It’s a steal for the price.

Pretty nice pan.
It is a little thinner than I expected but still not too thin. Works well, heats evenly, and is very easy to clean. I took a star off for the handle though. The handle has a seam along the bottom which can sometimes be a little pinchy. Pretty good value for the price though and I mean, you get what you pay for and then a little more.
