In the first "How to Draw Fun, Fab Faces" book we we learn how to draw a female from the front. This book is a follow-up companion that provides a fun and comprehensive guide to drawing simple, beautiful, female faces from the profile and 3/4 view. It also teaches you how to color and shade your beautiful and accurately drawn faces! For those looking for additional resources to further hone their new drawing skills, there is an accompanying e-course by the same name offered by the author at AwesomeArtSchool.com. Review: love this book. its a great tool - i have the first one of this book and i really love just looking at it. i have taken a lot of workshops on drawing and i am self taught. and this is really a good book to look thru it has some amazing tips the first book is really good too i found it to be a great book for people that have taught themselves to draw. i love all the tips they are SUPER helpful and great for every artist. thank you so much for creating these books they are a great reference and teach so much if anything they really enhance your work as an artist i recommend the book i find it helpful and i don't usually draw men faces but i look forward to purchasing the faces for fella's because i think that will definitely teach me something new. i draw a lot of women and girls due to the many workshops i have taken.. i received this quickly and i would recommend it.. Review: Simple Straightforward Method of Drawing Faces - Mastering the 3/4 and side view has always been a challenge for me. Since I am already a fan of Karen Campbell and own her more recent Mixed Media book I decided to purchase her "How to Draw More Fun, Fab, Faces" to see if it could help me with my angular face drawing issues. At first I was slightly irritated that it is quite a short book and uses full pages for very basic instructions but when I actually used her method as seen in the book page above, it really, really, helped me to improve my side and 3/4 view faces. I love how Karen shows examples of ears, noses, eyes and lips that are all different. I hope Karen writes another "How to Draw" book to show a simple method for bodies.

Terrific Beginner Book
I bought this book after speaking with the author and some of her many followers. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this book. It is so fabulous for someone who can't draw...yet but definitely wants to. It is so true that you do not have to be an artist to draw. You just have to want to. This book teaches you all the techniques you will need to get started drawing these beautiful faces. The mystery is completely taken away and she teaches technique in such a simple and easy way that anyone can do this. ANYONE!!!! If you want to get into the wonderful world of whimsy than this is the book!

Helpful
Very helpful and showing you how to draw 3/4 and full side views. I recommend getting her first book first because it goes into better details on how to do eyes nose and mouth. That will help you in this book greatly.

A must-have for your art library!!
I have waited 2 long years for this book and, like always, Karen did not disappoint! The directions were crystal clear and simple to follow and now I can finally draw a 3/4 portrait and profile with success!!! I also signed up for her on-line courses that go along with the books and am sooo happy that the projects (while teaching the very same techniques) are actually new faces so that you can have even more practice learning how to do all the views of the face. And of course, real time videos are a great way to learn too :)
