are they good for working out?

Yes! I’ve done lots of workouts in these and they provide good coverage.

Of course, they are pads, with wings that are easy on the delicate skin in the crotch area. I love them. They are not panty liners. You can wear them with your own underwear.

where is the sizing chart it says in description. 1,2,3,4 that doesnt tell me how long they are

The package says size 2 and they are about 7in-8in long

Well made feminine pads and comfortable

I’ve used Always products for years. These pads work very well and the wings help keep them in place.
