Like others, I have found this to be a great machine for the price. My partner has a Breville Bambino Plus ($500) at his house and we find the espresso quality to be pretty close. It takes a bit of practice to figure out how to steam the milk manually (the Breville does it for you) but once you do, it's great. You can't beat it for the price.

This is a nice looking compact espresso machine.It holds around a quart of water and is easy to refill.It's a good weight and is sturdy and easy to clean.It makes good coffee but I can never get the milk hot enough. However that may just be me.I use it to make iced coffee so rarely use the steamer.I had a hard time getting it to work initially, but emailed their support team to discover that the water tank had a stopper at the bottom that had to removed.It was nice to have someone point that out.

The CASABREWS Espresso Machine 20 Bar is a fantastic addition to my kitchen. It delivers rich, barista-quality espresso with its powerful 20-bar pressure. The machine is user-friendly, withstraightforward controls and a quick heat-up time. The sleek design adds a modern touch to my countertop.On the downside, the machine is a bit noisy during operation.However, this minor inconvenience is outweighed by the excellent coffee it produces.

Makes great espresso. Love the compact size and price. It's important to keep the manual close by and understand how to trouble shoot when there's an issue, after all this machine involves high pressure and needs to know how to release the pressure in the event the coffee ground is pressed too compacted. I bought 4yr insurance in case the machine breaks. I have the machine for 7 months now and still works well.

When it was working, it made really good espresso. But broken in 4 days, flashing all lights and not able to get it to work. Out of water or overheat protection? Definitly not out of water, as water tank is full (below max line). I was able to make hot water from wand. I know I cannot make coffee after frothing, but I was not doing frothing at all.

The product works well. I have it at work so I can have great lattes at any time. The noise is really no worse than the normal sputter that a drip coffee maker would produce.

I purchased this because of the slim sleek design, and after 2-3 months of researching reviews I thought I understood the process needed for good results. I've had espresso machines for years so I am not a newbie and I'm very picky about my espresso drinks. For several days I have tried all the review suggestions and tricks, read and re-read all the instructions and still can't get hot espresso nor 2 cups, nor hot steam/froth. I steam the milk first, then let it reheat and try to brew 2 cups. Every time I get barely 1 cup and puck is soupy, and milk doesn't really froth. I think the entire issue is lack of heat, it takes high heat to produce the pressure needed to force the water through the puck and to produce good steam for frothing.I don't understand the need for so many buttons and steps, most machines have 3 buttons- On, Brew, Steam.The tinted water reservoir makes it difficult to see the water level without pulling the machine forward or removing the tank to see inside it.The steam button on the same side with the wand is very awkward.I really like the looks of this machine and really tried to get good results but it's not working out for me

This is my first espresso muchine, and I'm very happy with it. Before I had a capsule muchine and I didn't want to start to buy capsules again I decided to give it a go. And the resulte is great coffee with out the waist.So I highly recommend this quality product!
