I already have a modern type lnb with 4 outlets. if i buy the dish only version will my lnb just snap onto the arm without any further parts?

It depends on how old your lnb is - older lnbs have a wider & flatter neck than the sky compatible ones - newer sky compatible lnbs are squarer in shape & deeper so should screw into the sky arm ok - check your old lnb before you buy

Is this a mk 4 dish ? Thanks

ssl sat dish is a 40mm arm so would be classed as a mk4, this is really is to do with the LNB connections to the Sat arm where as for a MK3 LNB you would need an adapter to reduce to a 38mm for insert into the MK4 arm.

Is this suitable for the mk4 lnb with the snap on clip rather that the older mk3 push fit?

the simple answer is no. it may pick up the satellite but you will have picture problems
