not helpful or well written.

I got this book because I can't afford the prescription for psoriasis plus the side effects scare me to death. I don't know what they other guy was talking about, but I felt this book was informative and everything has worked so far. Thank you for writing this book.

I feel like this is natural hippie dippie propaganda , I followed similar instructions when i had to have my gal bladder out last year, "the body is full of toxins and stress, you have to get rid of both for your body to heal" ....had my gal bladder surgery 5 months later after losing 50 lbs when i switched to an all natural diet, so not totally worthless but didn't fix my gal bladder, feel like this is similar. Giving 3 stars for now, going to try their kernel mix and give it a go, couldn't hurt, will update. Book sounds like a giant infomercial for their products. Website in back of book. Might work for some but im skeptical.
