Let me start by saying I’ve had numerous spine surgeries, multiple broken bones, and pretty much live in constant pain. There are times when the only hope for any sleep is in my chair. I looked at many chairs, studied reviews, etc. and decided to order this one. It just came yesterday but I must say I’m very happy with it.Pros: perfect size for me as a 5’4” woman, the chair is very comfortable, the seat and back is perfect - not too firm and not too soft, the fabric is beautiful, it adjusts easily to a variety of comfortable positions, the shorter armrests are nice because I can use them to grip when I don’t need to use the lift option (my motto is to do as much as you can for as long as you can!) the usb ports are great eliminating the need to twist and grope around looking for the electrical outlet, this chair requires only one electrical plug and not two like many others do, the extra few inches of concealed foot rest really provide good support for your feet and is helpful when tucking in my lap blanket so my feet don’t get cold.Cons: the heat option could be warmer and it would be nice if it could warm my shoulders too. Really no big deal and I do have a small shawl like heating pad I can use for that area if I need it. Also, should a power outage occur while fully reclined, it would be a struggle to get out of the chair. Since I’ve never encountered that situation in decades I’m not worried about it but some may be.Overall, this chair is amazing and so much better than the lift chair I purchased for twice the price that hurts my back to sit in because it’s so darn hard! That chair has languished in my garage for about 10 years.Buy the chair! I think you’ll be very happy with it too!

Best recliner weve ever had. Everything about this chair is first rate - heat, vibration massager, lift function and comfortably padded. Very easy to put together - the base is heavy so you need to be able to lift 80lbs or get someone to put it where you want. The sides, back and plug connections are very easy. The remote allows multiple positions. My 82 year old husband with severe arthritis is very happy - I'll be purchasing another for myself very soon.

This is a big chair and will take up a lot of room. I am 5’1” and just under 300 lbs. My husband is 6’6” and about 200lbs. I was looking for something I could sleep in post surgery and something he could relax in after a long day at work. I got the medium large hoping we would both be comfortable. For me, it is just a little to big. For him, he fits perfect. So the size was a good compromise.What I like: remote for the chair movement lights up, making it easy to see at night. There is a loop on the side to hold the remotes so you won’t lose them. Cup holders are a good size. Chair is well cushioned and material is soft. Heat is nice and warm. Massage works well. Chair lays down nicely for sleeping. Home button is great to reset in up position. It is very comfortable and can accommodate larger bodies well.What I do not like: when you lift the legs of the chair the back goes down to. You cannot sit with your back straight and your legs up. The chair slides on our wood floor, so when I try and sit it sometimes slide from under me. The remote buttons should be up and down for each function. Instead 2 separate buttons for the back of the chair and one button for the feet. You have to hit home to get the feet to go down. The remote for the vibration and heat is to busy and it takes some time to get the zones you want set. It can be difficult to remember zones and modes, especially after you take your meds.Overall, we are happy with the chair. But for the price point and description I was expecting more flexibility with the position options and better designed remotes.

If you are a couple of older people on a budget, these are great chairs for the price. Buy an external battery box that can be pulled into encase of power failure though, so you can escape from it. These chairs are very comfortable. We bought one to start with because I was having surgery and wanted lift chair for recover to sleep in and be lifted out of, worked fantastically! My husband loved the chair so much her ordered another one for his surgery two weeks later! Now that we have them, they are so comfortable and make watching football and movies so much more enjoyable. We were using really nice antigravity lawn chairs for our furniture, but I have to say, this is a wonderful improvement. I do not think they would hold up well in a rowdy family home with children, they are not that structurally sound, but for a couple on old (65) year old, 180 lb and 210 lb people, we are very pleased. I assembled them myself (wife) it was easy to follow the direction. My chair was damaged and has a slight bend in the leg structure, but everything works well on it. The lift of the chair is excellent and makes it easy to stand up. We rarely use that feature now, but it is excellent. We love that these chairs lay flat, very nice to sleep in if needed. They come with decent lumbar pillows too. Lots of pockets, 2 USB ports for phone charging. Nice heater and vibrations. Nice beige color, nice soft fabric. We like everything about these chairs. Comfortable soft arms. I can't think of anything we don't like, except that the didn't come with battery backup.

The controls are great and the positions help my body feel comfortable. I have RA and it really gives my back and joints a good rest. I love the feel of the soft upholstery, but I can tell it is a durable fabric. The cup holders on both arms are conveniently situated. It is a very comfortable chair!
