Arden Solid Oak Furniture Hi-Fi Cabinet

The unit arrived following a call from the driver advising us he would be 10 minutes late. He delivered it into the living room for me. It was well packed and blemish free. The quality and finish are excellent, it is a well made solid piece of furniture. Opening the door was a challenge as the magnetic catch is very strong and for packing purposes the handle is inside the door. Likewise the glass shelves are held in place by wooden blocks screwed to the frame. This was not a problem but I mention it for others to be prepared. The three shelves are ideal for my ancient (1984) NAD amp, pre-amp and tuner with my AR deck on top of the cabinet. Great service from Miles who called the day after delivery to check all was well. I had expected a chrome handle not the wooden one (purely to match other furniture as the wooden one is fine) and Miles offered to send one to me. Great furniture and a great buying experience. Thank you I will be back.

Ok firstly the Product is FIVE STARS - the cabinet is exactly what we wanted and is of an excellent quality. It looks fantastic and is a stylish piece of furniture with just the right dimensions with 3 glass shelves for Satellite box, Blu Ray player etc. it also has a perfect sized hole at the back for chasing cables through.The only problem we had was the delivery company who took about 3 weeks to deliver and missed the first appointment and were a couple of hours late for the second appointment.On the flip side Furniture outlet were very apologetic and provided excellent customer service to resolve the problem.So all in all worth the wait

We took a gamble that this would fit with our existing American oak furniture. It matched perfectly for colour of wood and without closer scrutiny you wouldn't know it was from a completely different range. Build quality is good, but I did have to cut an extra hole in the rear of the cupboard in order for the jack plugs on the back of the amplifier to fit. Not a major problem but if you have a larger hi-fi unit something to bear in mind. The delivery was three days later than the window quoted, but at least they delivered on the right day. We have had previous problems with the same delivery company!

Bought this hi-fi cabinet to replace an older dark wood cabinet. It's a beautiful piece of furniture and blends in well with my other light oak furniture. Hi-fi unit fits inside well. Glass shelves are very sturdy, altogether very pleased with it. Came very well packaged.

This is a very sturdy well made cabinet and comes pre- assembled. it is an almost perfect match with our existing furniture. we have been looking for a new unit for a while to fit the space, definately worth the wait.very happy

Quality wood furniture. My receiver, CD player, sky box all fit in and space to store some CD/DVD at the bottom.

Nice piece of furniture, looks good and well made.Space for four hi-fi components, plus a deck on top if you play vinyl.Only slight criticism is that it could be a centimetre or two deeper - my amplifier only just fits with cables plugged into the back and the cabinet door shut.

I love my new Cabinet which I used as a display Cabinet rather than a Hi-Fi one and it looks beautiful.The Cabinet itself is beautiful wood, good quality, strong and really well made, it looks really impressive.The customer service was outstanding by the Seller and the delivery was equally good as I was kept informed of when it would arrive etc by text and email it arrived on time with a lovely, careful delivery driver delivering it.Happy with the whole process and really love my new Cabinet.
