Packaging
I love the product BUT would love better packaging of the product. I find it very difficult as you get near the end in the vial that there is still product in it but unable to squeeze it out. You lose at least one to two applications!! I would love to have an easier way of getting all the product out! I have resulted in snipping off the end.. but you still lose too much product!

Does a decent job.
It's not perfect, but the best product I've found for my under-eye bags. You have to experiment with the proper amount and wait for it to fully dry, though a hair dryer helps speed it up. It can crack later in the day, so you have to kind of keep an eye on it.

Works as expected but…
Use very little or it leaves white, but if any moisture at all on your skin it won’t work. Also, I use a sunscreen everyday and if it touches the eye cream it turns yellow and I have to wash it all off. But it’s fine if on clean dry under eye skin.
