Agree with most of the mediocre reviews
The merchandise is what it is. Isn’t the best golf aides as if you’re a bigger person the sizes of these items could be too small for you and will pinch or leave marks on your body as you use them.

Nice set to train swing
Got this set since it was complete for a variety of things that can affect improvement of golf swing. It comes with several pieces and a mesh bag to carry it all. The box had a label to help remind what each piece is for so I cut that part of the cardboard and keep it with the bag for reference. I’ve practiced with it in front of the net and feel it’s making a difference, but the real test would be at the driving range to see how straight ball travels and distance. There’s the plastic bar piece that attaches to a club to limit the wrist bend of back swing. There’s the piece that goes under the elbow to keep front arm as straight as possible. There’s also a piece that goes on the wrist of the back arm to keep it as flat as possible. Then there are straps that go between the upper part of arms to limit the spread between arms, and other strap to keep between legs to limit their movement apart. I’ll need more practice but so far so good.
