Good quality stand but let down by the light
This ring light has a great quality stand, it is firm and holds steady. The ring light itself does feel a little cheap but it works perfectly. Also great customer service, I was contacted by them offering a replacement when it didn't work properly - flickering and a whining noise, but on prompting from them I looked at the USB adaptor, tried using a wall plug instead of my laptop and it worked perfectly! Thanks for a great lamp and your great customer service!

I was very pleased with the purchase of this lamp. The parcel arrived well packed. Everything stated on the site is true. The stand is very stable, all fastenings are strong, the light with remote control is in working order. It's a pleasure to write a review for a good product.

Customer service was great 👍
When it first arrived the light was broken but the customer service team has been very helpful and offered a replacement and refund which has been such a relief! Thank you! The stand is very sturdy and works well. I’m leaving one star off this review as it would have been great to be able to return the ring light and know it was repaired. (Now it is in landfill) I know that is generally unrealistic in these times, but as a customer who cares this would be important to me.

Base broke, light fell off after a week
The product worked fine for the first 2 weeks, but the base won’t stay screwed in anymore. Now it’s completely stripped.

Brilliant
I bought this to sit over a sewing machine and it's fantastic. Different light settings and warmth settings. I always prefer the white setting. And great if you want to film what you're doing for social media etc. I like that the base is flat and the post is at the back, it means I could fit it down the back of the sewing table (space is limited and the table is too thick for a table clamp light). Money well spent.

3 month fault but seller rapidly sent replacement
[Edit] Updated my score after seller arranged and sent 2 replacement parts to replace arm/light twice over.If replacements don't suffer same fault I'll update this to a higher score, with the assumption the first part was faulty.[Original] The screw/dial to tighten the ring light suddenly stopped working and can't even be removed/replaced.
