As we all know coffee must always be fresh, and ground fresh for a great cup of coffee. Coffee does not fare well over time. This product does bring out the flavor of a cup of coffee. This is a must product to purchase.

Returning, had sharp edges that looked like rust was already starting to form, pricked my finger taking it out of the package and the shard would have poured into my coffee if I had used it.

I love using this because I can avoid buying the paper filters but one thing to be aware of is to not use fine grounds as it will overflow with water out the top and you will need to clean up a big overspill as this has happened to me before so now I grind my coffee by making it larger grounds.

I bought this to replace the #4 'gold' type filter that came with my coffee maker, which is the same size as a #4 paper filter. This stainless steel one is much shorter and narrower. It works, but it wobbles a bit.

I like that I can now brew coffee in my Technivorm coffee maker without using paper filters. The stainless steel construction of the coffee basket does mot require one.

Small for machine, no rim like in pictures, sharp edges. Does filter, but doesn't feel like an "upgraded" product. Just feels like a basic steel filter with a font upgrade for the listing, and I'm not sure the extra cash was worth a font upgrade.
