Quality.
I always use this flour for cakes, and always get a fantastic result. It makes lovely sponge cakes and dumplings. My local shop stopped stocking this product , so I placed an order, it came well packed with a quick delivery.

Arrived with no problems with packaging, made a soft, beautiful fluffy cake I never used vanilla extract and the cake still came out delicious, much better than standard flour as only required 1 sieve for a perfect fluffy cake.
