Excellent Pan For Family Cooking!
I got this pan for my friend and her family. Her husband takes over the cooking on the weekend. He enjoys cooking for their family of 4, making sure he cooks enough to create leftovers. He loves the top rack where he can place 2 whole chickens, a large turkey, a large roast pork shoulder aka pernil (what Puerto Rican families cook every holiday season) or any other type of meat he chooses. Under the rack, he lines it with cooking parchment paper (for easier cleanup) and places the potatoes, carrots, onions, broccoli. Whatever is cooking above the veggies drips onto them, adding to their flavor. They have reported to me how delicious their family suppers have been since they got this pan. And no aluminum! Which means no aluminum poisoning! One of the best gifts I’ve ever given!

Works great!
Had to replace and aging pan and this is great. I love the non-stick surface, and especially the removable rack. My old aluminum pan wasn't non-stick and the rack sat in (touched) the bottom - scratching it - and it rusted. The way this new rack hangs on the side of pan also raises the food for an improved roasting, all around.

Rubbed off spot
Had a spot rubbed off because of the rack placed inside I only kept it because I will never set anything directly in it so I’m not worried about it sticking or anything

wonderful same item replacement after flood
perfect for turkey or ham roasting very sturdy! drip resistant and rack is thick and enough for heavy items, but not heavy. Even heat for baking and broiling in oven

Size matters here!
Cautiously optimistic yet wary of the non-stick feature, I took a chance buying this roaster to replace my stainless one that was "lost" in a move (stolen, actually, but a whole other story).First use: Thanksgiving dinner. I told my (then) 17-yr-old son to get the biggest turkey he could find at our local market (we live in a small town). He returned with a BEAST! Imagining it could have taken down a sheep in its day, I was somewhat vexed wondering if my new roasting pan would collapse from sheer fright. To my amazement and delight, this roaster effortlessly took on the task:• in the oven over 9+ hours - not even a hint of warping;• ZERO wobble when removing from/returning to the oven for basting;• the curved rack (included) is suspiciously sturdy, like - what is this thing made of?!• removing the rack from the pan was ridiculously uneventful given the size of its cargo;• to say cleanup was easy is an understatement: after a 2-minute soak, I could practically wipe the pan clean.Next use: Christmas dinnerIt was after this dinner when my fabulous roaster met its demise... 😞While prepping after-dinner beverages and applying the final touches to dessert, my mom wanted to help so I asked if she'd mind doing the last few pans that'd been soaking, thus freeing up the sink. She asked what to use, knowing how fussy I am about my cookware, to which I replied with very specific instructions. After a beautiful holiday was had by all, my guests departed and the house was quiet. I poked around the kitchen, not really intending to accomplish much - and that's when it dawned on me: my mom used Barkeeper's on ALL of the pans - including my new roaster 😳As I gasped for air, I could've sworn I heard William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy in the background, and that oh-so-logical voice saying "It's dead, Jim."Patches, where the non-stick coating wasn't, now taunted me menacingly...Valuable lessons were learned that day:1) Covet your cookware. How much someone loves you matters not when they are tasked with cleaning it. Someone WILL destroy something if you invite them to do so.2) If loved ones want to help, assign suitable tasks.3) Take advantage of every opportunity to cherish your loved ones. Pans are replaceable. Loved ones are not. 🫠💕Afterthoughts:The pan was not salvageable. Once the non-stick coating was breached, it began bubbling and peeling.Knowing her heart was in the best place, I would never mention this to my mom.
