(Imidacloprid) Chewable Flea Treatment for Large Dogs, 7 Count, 23-110 Pound

I bought this for my dogs based on a suggestion, but it didn’t work. For one, my labradoodle had a litter of puppies last month (and she had her chewable the first week of the month) but by the 15th she and her litter needed a flea dip!Also, sadly, but more importantly, our Norwegian Elkhound started having seizures the first month I started him/them on this. His seizures had gotten progressively worse over the last month. So in order to rule out what might have caused them (and hoping it wasn’t epilepsy), I didn’t give him this months pill. And guess what? No more seizures!

I will sing this product's praises. I live in S.E. Texas and we didn't have much of a winter. These fleas are relentless. I have four dogs and they were infested with fleas. I sprayed the backyard, sprayed in the house and dog beds, bathed the dogs, hell I even sprayed my bed. Nothing help. My dogs were being eaten alive. I WAS SO FREAKING FRUSTRATED. I couldn't sleep at night due to all the scratching and whining. Yesterday, I just happen to be searching Amazon for flea meds and this product came up. I read the reviews, however I was still very skeptical. Yeah, like flea med is going to really start killing in an hour. I went ahead and ordered and received it about 5 pm. LET ME TELL Y'ALL, by 7pm the scratching had calmed down. The dogs and I got a good night's rest FINALLY! This morning I sprayed the dogs bed down in my office (I was in that much disbelief) and during 8 hours I probably saw each dog scratch once. But the tee hee hee is, this afternoon I was sitting on my sofa (white sofa cover) and I saw dead fleas, not 1 or two but too many to count. Some of the little critters were even walking slowly in circles (yeah they died). So I will be ordering the 30 pill bottle and subscribing.

So far it has seemed to help with my huskies fleas. Bathing him and the flea liquid applications have not seemed to work too well with is thick coat. I decided to try this product to see if it will help. So far he has had a lot less episodes of constant scratching. I use it every few days and it seems to help. I don’t thinks he likes the flavor much but he will eat them.

I have three dogs that are about 5 pounds and one dog that is about 6 to 7 pounds. I end up cutting these pills in half and giving each dog a half a pill and then a few days later giving them the other half and honestly this stuff worked highly recommend it I went with the bigger amount so that I could cut it in half and give it to my dogs.
