Good but!
These are a great quality product that will serve a person with an appropriate foot very well.I reduced a star as I found the hight on the arch support reduces too rapidly and consequently doesn't meet my needs well enough.Recommend trying the suitability of the arch support before purchasing, if possible.

Great inserts for cross country/distance runners
My oldest son has run cross country for several years. He averages 10 to 15 miles a day. These are the only inserts I have been able to find that last for more than 60 days! He won't run without them in his shoes.
