It works !
Thankfully I bought this just before our camper van trip to France. I didn't' think i'd need to use it but wanted it as a 'just in case. As a rule I test every hook up point before I connect to the van, It was at the fifth campsite I got a Live/Earth reverse indication on my socket tester, so added this adaptor and checked again, bingo! It worked a treat, so please I got this.

Reverses the polarity perfectly
Reverses the polarity on European campsites. You'll need something to test the polarity first, but if it needs reversing, then this adaptor does it beautifully, you can imagine the current flowing in one end, crossing over to the other pin and flowing out again, a bit like some sort of electrical ballet dancer...

Good but not great
I’m not convinced that the lead will stop water collecting in the cable entry and ultimately into the connections. I’m adding additional sealant into the entry. It’s still good quality on the whole though and I would recommend it even f it does require a little reworking.
