Some of the the true life murder stories were interesting but then there was an awful lot of political history added in which I skipped through !

First this book is.ment to be about crime in Ireland. I don't know how the writer got nixed up with another country. He tells about a one off crime that happened in northern Ireland that has nothing to do with Irish crime. He has a story about the Shabkill Butchers. I feel it just dropped the value of the book to a zerro. Yoh can't pick out one story of a separate country that was in tormol for over 35 years. So so silly

Nice and easy reading.Good short stories.Stories did not continue to drag on and on,which makes it easy reading.

I enjoyed this book as a fellow Irish person some tales I had heard of but though myths. Horrible but interesting read

Only 4 stories very good but just shows you how safe Ireland is, I remember the last one in English press

Disappointingly short for the price. Large type reduced content even more. Most of the stories are about the troubles. Not worth the price in my opinion.
