I ordered these because the information said they were for sprinting/short distance running. They don't bend properly at the ball of the foot, so they are really more for mid/long distance. I had to return them.I didn't see anything wrong with the overall quality, they arrived on time, and were packaged well. Just be aware they may not be exactly what you're looking for.

I would say size up a half inch because they were a little small
