Thankfully, I realized it in time and avoided ruining the sterilizer by damaging the mechanism. Once I added the water, everything worked perfectly. So make sure to read the manual carefully before the first use—it's easy to overlook that part in the excitement of setting it up!

The item was amazing to sterilize bottles and pacifiers. I use it to thaw out food as well. The dr brown large bottles unfortunately didn’t completely fit but it still worked on them too. i switched to Mam bottles anyway. I clean it every 3-4 days and i dont have issues after almost 5 months now

I love my sterilizer this is my first time having one and I love how easy it is to use and how it dries and sterilizes my bottles and pump parts. It’s spacious, easy to clean and does not leak.

I went back and forth whether I wanted to splurge on one that washes or just one like this that sterilizes and dries. I decided this was better for my money so got this and I’m so glad I did! I had my third baby about 2 months ago and this thing has been a life saver. I wish I had it with my other kids. It’s super easy to use and works great! No more bottle and pump parts sitting on the counter to dry forever. I just wash them then pop them in here, they’re sanitized and dried within an hour so I can put them away. Doesn’t take up too much space on my counter which is really nice because our kitchen is small.

I love being able to find such necessary things for my baby, I've been looking for this for a long time and it's very functional, I recommend it.

Best sterilizer I’ve had out of all 3 of my babies. We still use it for pacis and even sippy cups and babe is 14 months. Even bought one for my SIL

This works wonders to sterilize your bottles and pumps! Also to just dry them if you’ve already sterilized them for the day!!

I bought this because I wanted to make the sterilization and drying a bit more efficient. I was excited by the price as it was on sale when I bought it. I like the overall size and color. The secondary tray is nice for smaller pieces like bottle nipples. You can use both trays to sterilize the smaller bottles along with the nipples and everything. For larger bottles you can't put the smaller tray on top of the larger tray, you'd have to put it on the bottom.My biggest issue is that the screen was coming up off the front of the machine. I was able to press it back in place, but I feel this may have had some effect on the efficacy of the screen and the touch control buttons on it. The buttons still work but they can be a little finicky.Edit:I've been using this multiple times a day since purchase and I've lowered my rating from 3 stars to 1. Why? I've had to push the "screen" back into place multiple times a week. The heating element, which I've never scrubbed with anything, is losing its coating, and there is an odd film on the vent where the air comes out. You might say "oh, it's your water?" I'd have to strongly disagree. We have a water conditioning system for our entire home along with a reverse osmosis tap, which is where I get the water for this. There should be no build up to clean off, and the coating on the heating element shouldn't be coming off. It's also disconcerting that there is a film or something where the air comes out as this system is to sterilize and hold baby bottles until use. I plan on buying a different brand bottle sterilizer and dryer as I do not trust this one.
