NOT carb or Keto friendly
Lovely looking book, great recipes, but definitely NOT for someone on a diabetic diet where you are trying to find things that are low in carbs (starches/sugars). This books idea of low carb...is 50G...in ONE dish. Just not good enough. I love this groups books, but they need to do a full keto/low carb one

Very helpful book
Recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic and unsure of what to eat, this book was a great help. Not only did I learn a lot about my condition, but the recipes are great and easy to follow. I can cook healthy dishes for myself and my guests have no idea that they're eating healthy.

I was hoping for good ideas that were a lot healthier
This was disappointing to me. The recipes have too much fat and sugar in most of them. I was hoping for good ideas that were a lot healthier.

Decent choice
Decent, not a lot of fancy ingredients. Wished it had saturated fats information with the nutrition and info
