At one time black and white televisions were popular, but we have with advancements now have flat screen LED smart televisions. The shotgun approach used by most pest companies where a guy comes in and sprays all your baseboards has been the pretty much same since the fifties. No one has those old televisions for a reason, however pest control is overdue for a move to a better and safer way to control insects. Now there are methods that keep the bugs from even getting in and saving the need to spray those neurotoxins on the baseboards any longer. Secrets from the Bug Man will educate and enlighten you to the new era of pest control. Shows the number one entry point in a brick home which is the weep holes, and how to stop the insects without chemical sprays. This little book if full of simple things that anyone can do on their own to control bugs if they choose to do so. This is the book your bug guy doesn’t want you to read! Review: Author Tom is quite a character - The only thing scarier than bugs in the house is having No bugs in the house. That means you have too many chemicals. BugMan Tom offers "green", non-toxic pest solutions which are absolutely wonderful. I would hire him if he was local. What I really got out of this book was the bug facts which are so fun. Tom went to Bug School and has decades of real-life experience. I wish I could go to Bug School too. I learned that all female spiders eat their mate, not just Black Widows. The snake story at the end of the book made me laugh. From the cover photo of Tom and his distinct voice in his writing style, I imagine myself hanging out with him, hearing about his bug adventures. For me, this was a look into the human psyche of a BugMan more than a pest control book. Review: Learned a Lot and Laughed a Lot! - This is a self printed booklet by a long time pest control specialist. There was lots to learn about various pests and how to combat them, even for this old Texan familiar with 'tree roaches!' Also, I laughed out loud (rare for me) at lots of places at the humor and wit of the writer. A very enjoyable read and lots of useful tips and 'inside info' for even the most seasoned home pest fighter. The many typos, etc., typical for self-printed publications (I'm available for editing future editions!), did not detract at all from the useful and entertaining content. I very much appreciated the ecological concerns, warnings about killing off useful pests and safety concerns re human toxicity of many pesticides. Honest, knowledgeable, and wit-filled information from The Bug Man!

Bugs Beware
Great little book with many practical ideas on dealing with those annoyingly pesky little pests. Some minor typo's but don't let these put you off learning a few of the secrets from the Bug Man.
