I really like this helper, it has enough stretch to make adjusting it easy and comfortable. I like the flat "stay" at the back for helping to center it when putting it on but also for the extra support. It allows you to pull the side "tabs" as lightly or snuggly as you like. So if I am lifting feed for the animals or working in the garden I would want it fairly snug to help my muscles work and protect them. Or if I am riding my horse I would have light contact to keep me aware of my posture. I don't wear it all the time, just when needed for projects. I'm pretty sure the velcro will eventually wear out as things get stuck in it that will make it less useful but it was a very reasonable price so I wouldn't mind replacing it.

I like this back Bell except for one thing. If you bend over a few times it rides upward. I have older copper belts and I never had that problem with those. They are a little slimmer, but they work better. I would not buy this over again if I had known that it slid upward.

It help the lumbar and back as giving support if at working, out outdoors, home use, and gym. The velcro it good and does not loose it presence fast.

Unfortunately I had to return this. I’m short - 5ft, 130 lbs - and it dug into me. Probably better for taller folks. Well made though.

It's a wrap, works like a wrap should.

My daughter is very satisfied as am I! Copper has proven to me with my racehorses. It is a proven remedy for sore shins!
