I was told to add potassium to my daily supplements for night leg cramps. But am one of the people affected by horrible acid from the tablet form not absorbing quick enough.Liquid form was suggested as it doesn't sit in the stomach long enough to cause acid reflux.These work like a charm. 4 drops in any drink. They do have some taste, at least to me. But I just add them to something flavored. And they stop the cramps almost immediately.

I know the directions say to put 4 drops in a liquid 3x/day but I ain’t got time for that. So, I’ve been putting 6 drops in a shot of grape juice and it completely masks the taste and gets the job done.

The concentrated liquid is easier for the body to absorb rather than pills (bariatric patient). That said, it's definitely much easier to add to a drink and doesn't taste like crap. - however always consult your primary care provider first, especially if it's not FDA approved,

The citrate in the capsule form tends to bother my stomach so the drops are a perfect alternative

my first time trying it it taste horrible so added to 8 oz and down it, but test numbers were great!

ez to use & no problems. i hate bananas unless its in a pina colada.
