After my op in Mar 2017, my hair took a hit from the GA given.I bought this product in Oct 2017 & now have around 20 plus tablets left & have to say that I’m extremely happy that I got this!!!!My hair thicker & stronger. My hair also had a tinge of brown due to years of relaxing it & apart from the odd grey strands which are now brighter, my hair is growing jet black!!!So now that I cannot find this product on amazon I have purchased another brand & I hope that it will be the same results.Thanks x

I have only been taking this supplement for about a week so can't comment as to it's efficacy as yet so can only give 4 stars. The package came before the expected date and I'm hoping that the biotin will help my nails to grow stronger in the long run.

I'm only taking these tablets for two weeks so it's hard to say if they work. I had issues with number of pils in box but Amazon sort it out for me , thanks for that. I will recommend this product. Katy

I’ve bought this product for hair loss, it had really good reviews so I’m giving it a go. Only taken a couple so to soon to say if they work for me.

Can clearly see my nail growth has accelerated using these, my hair growth not so much. As observed in another review also, the pills are quite large and tend to stick to your mouth when swallowing hitting my gag reflex, not sure if this is due to the coating or size as I take several other tablets and only have issues with these which can make taking the pills a daunting experience.If you have no problems with large tablets and are looking for quicker nail growth I'd recommend these.

I have only been taking a few weeks so cannot really say whether successful or not as hair growth usually takes a few months. I am hoping for a positive outcome

Been taking (or trying to take!) these for a little over a week - probably too early to tell if they have any benefits.However, they are extremely difficult to swallow. I've never had problems taking all sorts of pill sizes in the past and I take a much bigger multivitamin pill every morning with no problems, but there's something about the shape and texture of this supplement - probably the fact that it's so flat and thin - that makes it get stuck on your tongue and the back of your throat and makes it extremely difficult to swallow with water. It takes me at least 3 tries each time. Often you can feel it in your throat even after you've managed to get it down.
