Benefiber Prebiotic Fiber Supplement Caplets, 84 count

I have been using this dietary fiber supplement for a long time. It has no taste and can be mixed with any liquid, such as coffee, water, tea, etc. It has no odor and a clear appearance. This product can effectively help maintain normal intestinal function and prevent abdominal pain and other discomforts.

Very helpful for this nearly 70 year old woman. I would at least give it a try. It’s sort of a big pill, but it goes down easy because it doesn’t start dissolving while you are trying to swallow.

I have been using these since I started on a glp1. Since I eat a lot of protein I had to supplement my fiber. I take 2 tabs daily and it keeps me from feeling one of the common side effects of the medication.

I've tried lots of different types of fiber supplements. For convenience, this one is the best. A lot has been said about how large the pills are for swallowing, but I have bigger pills than these, and they go down fine. The issue is the shape of the pill. It's made not cylindrical, but with 4 faces with sharp corners. These make the pills tend to stick a bit on the way down. I would not recommend these pills for someone with swallowing difficulties. That being said, they do work.

Huge pills, I thought maybe it was me but after reading a few of the other reviews I see that others also find them hard to swallow, I bought 2 bottles but only take them occasionally when needed for convenience sake, have thought about throwing the remainder out because the tabs do feel like they could choke me, I take a couple of other big pills but these are the biggest, just beware and take care using them.
