Absolutely love this light bulb! I've had it for 1 1/2 years now and it's still going strong. The light is of course, amber and very low light, perfect for your bedroom lamp when you need to wake up in the middle of the night or if you are just getting ready for bed and need a low light. And the amber color is perfect at night, so that it doesn't suppress melatonin production. Very calming, soothing when you need a light in your bedroom, but you're trying to wind down for the night or need to get up in the middle of the night. Or if your spouse gets up at a different time than you do and you need a nice calming low light so as not to disturb your spouse.

Several years later and it’s still going strong! One of the best things I’ve ever purchased! I leave it on 24 hrs a day too. At night, it has a warm and beautiful glow. I love it.

The light really is ideal for right before bed. I have it my bedside lamp. But I’m not in love with the bulb being made of plastic. I can smell something different… but I’m not sure if it’s the salt or the plastic or if it will go away eventually. This is just the first night using it. It is a very neat concept, make one in glass please!

I bought these a year ago and they are still running - super long lifespan! I have them on a lot of the time too. Perfect condition and they are so beautiful. They create such a calming environment and I love them.

Works great to help release negative ions (that’s a good thing, look it up) into the air as the salt and heat responds to humidity in the air, makes the room feel less humid and gives an aura of peace and wellbeing. Has a beautiful soft color to it. Gives a nice smell as well, not a strong smell, just “clean,” almost like sea air. Makes my bedroom look soft and glowing at night to wind down before bed, and makes the bathroom look pleasant and relaxing during a bath.

Loved the warm light and the soothing feeling I felt in it's presence. I didn't have it on every day and when it was on, it was only on for 30 minutesor so. However, manufactures states it lasts up to 25 years! LIES..... Didn't even last 2 years. Expensive light bulb to last only a year and a half.
