I am a 68y.o. Male and about 3 months post chemo / post bone marrow transplant.Even though the treatments are now completed, I have been left with a fair bit of nausea. This didn't do anything for me.. Was hoping it would help the acid in the stomach.

Purchased to use as a probiotic during travel out of the country. It is so easy for your system to be ‘off’ after travel. I instantly become bloated and the change in the food can cause constipation for me. I looked at the natural ingredients and decided to purchase this instead of a laxative. The ingredients would not be too harsh on a system that was out of wack anyway. I was not disappointed. It worked. I would take them twice daily; right before breakfast and once before dinner. I was regular every day during my seven day vacation of eating food rich in dairy and sometimes fried foods and cocktails. I did not use it for energy or pain relief. So I cannot honestly review that portion. Hopefully this will work for you as well if you need relief while traveling.

I’ve been using Iberogast Softgels for a couple of weeks and noticed a big improvement in my digestion. Ibergast works mostly, there were a couple of times I got minimum relieve from bloating and gas problem. But works well enough for me to continue using it.
