Much easier to use and therefore makes it easier to stay consistent with using it. You don't get the shoulder pain you can get over time by using the wheel with a spoke and handles. It puts the focus on your abs where you need it . You will feel the burn but not in your shoulders.

While this Roller Wheel is great for some people, it's not the best to me! I cannot keep my forearms on the pads flush, so my stability shifts when I'm using it. It's built sturdy and it's a product that will last a long time. Easy to use and very light weight Average pricing is okay. The only thing I dislike is that the front handles doesn't extend, and nor does the forearm pads. It does break down for traveling purposes so it will fit in a suitcase without any problems.UPDATE: 12/1/2025.Been using Tixahi Ab Roller Wheel with Timer for a while no and I must admit it's better that I expected after having it for a while. The Tixahi roller uses a rebound mechanism that helps pull you back as you roll. This can reduce strain and make the exercise more manageable, especially for beginners. The Tixahi model helps more than just the “abs”. It helps core stabilizers, obliques, hip flexors, and even parts of the upper body (shoulders, arms, back) when it engages during the roll-out and return. Now I can say that it's a solid and convenient entry-level to intermediate core workout tool. It especially valuable for home users or people starting core training.

Forearm pads started peeling after only the second use. The ab roller itself works, but the pad material is poor quality and doesn’t hold up to normal use. Very disappointed with the durability.

Pretty easy to put together, as it’s only a couple pieces. Comes with a knee mat and a small stopwatch for timing your workout. I only used it one time for three minutes so far and boyyyy this thing is way more comfortable than a one wheel roller. It’s sturdy and very heavy on the abs too, I felt a burn so fast because of the way that you use it. The wide wheels help balance and there are on springs so coming back up is slightly assisted which helps for more gentle but effective training. It’s a little bigger than a normal ab roller so it’s pretty compact. This was a 10 out of 10 buy, I definitely recommend it. Very comfortable to use, but not a very well built device, the arm pads fall off, and it’s built cheaply. I would’ve been happy to spend twice the amount for a heavy duty build of the same exact design. The light plastic wheels and hollow metal parts, it’s a great concept very cheaply built.

The item was in parts and I used the manual to put it together however the parts don’t fit. Poorly designed and doesn’t look like the picture at all.

The item seems to be very low quality plastic. Im afraid after several use it will break. I also received different color that is not as per the image.
