Wow. I've had terrible symptoms for 3 years. Other probiotics didn't help much. Doctors kept saying "IBS, sorry, you're screwed." An urgent care doc mentioned SIBO but the GI doc discounted that idea. I was taking protonix, loperamide & simethicone every day. After a couple weeks I am off the meds. I finally feel normal again. I can go places without worrying I'm going to crap my pants. Thank you, Japan.
