Excellent Sound and Easy Setup
The sound quality is clear and professional. Setup was quick and easy, making it perfect for recording, streaming, and video calls

Handy Mic, but Not Good for Discord. Too Quiet.
This is a decent mic, but for some reason, its sound quality is somehow worse than the built-in mic on my Steam Deck and MacBook Pro. The slightest bit of distance between my mic and my face makes me sound far quieter than I am when on other mics. This is prominent on Discord, so perhaps its just an issue with that app. When trying the mic on programs like Garageband and Audacity, it is quite sensitive, but almost too sensitive. I do like the color I picked (the gold version), it's quite portable, its connectivity is quite reliable thanks to the cables provided. The audio controls seem handy, but I've not done enough to really see the extent of their capabilities.

ZEALSOUND USB microphone is something I ordered to improve the clarity of my voice recordings and online calls. Set up was simple – I plugged it into my computer and was recognizing right away without needing extra software. The plug-in play feature makes it convenient for anyone who doesn’t want to deal with complicated installation. When testing it for recording and voice input, my voice sound clear and full compared to using a built-in laptop microphone. It captures speech cleanly and reduced the hollow sound that comes from internal mics. It works well for videos, reviews, gaming, meetings, or general voice recording. I absolutely love this two toned designed, the rose gold and the black mesh mic. It adds an instant decorative but functional refresher on my desk. It’s a build feel sturdy and it’s securely on the desk without wobbling. Controls are easy to adjust and performance has been consistent so far. One of the features I love a lot and use quite often is the muted feature. I definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking for an easy to use USB microphone that delivers clear audio without complicated set up, this is a reliable option.
