Needed replacement wheels for my office and chair and found these. Bought them and they EXCEEDED my expectations. These wheels go on fast and easy and they are more sturdy than the original wheels that came with the chair. Smooth, Quiet gliding and no marks on my new LVT planks. The customer service is excellent as well and responded within an hour to answer my question. These wheels are the best out there! My original office chair wheels were creaking after 5 years. I decided to search for replacements and found these right away! They were even available in the color I wanted (Blue) because why not make them match my home office blue accents! On to the sturdiness and roll-ability, they are made of very strong materials and roll smooth as butter and now my chair is more silent than it was brand new. The size of the wheels are perfect and are even height all around and fit in my office chair perfectly! Installing them was a breeze literally! These are excellent wheels, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their office chair. The build quality is outstanding—sturdy, smooth, and clearly made to last. Amazing product! Easy peasy replacement for my fancy dancy HermanMiller office chair (who's wheels sadly were creating permanent marks). I'm tall, so I loved the slight increase in height you get with the oh so pretty wheels. So smooooooth. So quiet. My wood floors are literally smiling at me I think. For months I'd been considering buying a nice office floor matt but so pricy for the good one's that last. Saw these in the comment section somewhere and BOOM, instant purchase. Much less expensive and so much more versatile. And supporting a small family run business to boot? Love it!

Quiet and fast! My mom is using her office chair to roll around while recovering with a broken leg. These wheels are GREAT! Installation was easy, quality looks good, and her chair rolls with ease. Although the wheels may be tall and narrow, any instability with the chair is usually caused by the chair design and the position of the user and their weight distribution.• Positioning: You should not need to to get off the chair and move it to the desired position, but may occasionally need to based on the weight applied to the chair. They don’t glide well across standard medium-to-high pile carpet.• Getting stuck: ...in a rut might occur, but just like anything heavy sitting in one spot for a long time, depressions (deep grooves) will form where the wheels are, and that's unavoidable.• Movement: If you're like me and have the usual house carpet, you will need a chair floor pad (plastic carpet protector) to move more smoothly than on regular carpet. Just know that the floor pad TOO will develop depressions. It's weight, gravity, and physics. You can't win. :(SUMMARY & CONCLUSION:It was a good decision and purchase for me. I didn’t much like my old plastic wheels and can’t imagine why they would even be designed for office/gaming chair use when the stress and weight from the chair can easily crack them. I liked the background story they included on the card, and the personal, hand-written thank you was a very nice touch.They look good, they work well, they’re sturdy, and they do the job. Knowing that the company gives you a non-expiring lifetime promise warranty eases my mind because as they say: “If you EVER have any issues with your chair wheels, we’ll send you a brand new set.” I’m not sure any other wheel manufacturer can say that and stand behind it. This company cares about their product and the person who’s going to be using it.

These wheels roll with ease and are exceptionally quiet. They took me less than 5 minutes to install. I would highly recommend these wheels if you are looking for an upgrade to your office desk chair. Oh, and they look great.
